Professional Development
Greenbrier Maxion and AmstedMaxion’s training and Development area has the objective of developing their collaborators’ potential, providing conditions so they may develop their competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) both in professional as personal areas. This work involves drafting the Annual T&D Planning with the managers of each area, who identify the development requirements of their collaborators.
Internship Program
The internship program’s objective is the entry of young people in the job market by offering the possibility of overcoming their own limits in a place that focuses on teamwork and shares good practice in the pursuit of success for the team.
