Implemented in the companies since 2006, the program originated within the Iochpe-Maxion companies with the objective of developing the potentials of low-income youth within the company itself.
Created through a partnership of the Iochpe Foundation with the Federal Technology University of Paraná (UTFPR), the program includes 70 schools all over the country, maintained by 50 companies, which provide physical space and time of their employees to work as volunteer educators. The Formare network school participants receive many benefits, such as transportation, medical assistance, life insurance, meals, grant-aids, Christmas basket and school material.See More
Apprentice training program that, through a partnership between the companies and the SENAI unit, promotes youth development in their first professional experience.
Focused on kids and youth, from 6 to 17 years old, it provides sports activities such as women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, artistic gymnastics, women’s and men’s soccer and women’s and men’s handball.
With the participation of the employees and the community, AmstedMaxion raises food for low-income families of the town where the company operates
