Through the Hello Mommy Program, pregnant employees and also the pregnant wives and pregnant daughters of employees are supported during the gestation period before the baby is born. The monthly meetings have the participation of a professional specialist in the area. They address subjects like baby care, breastfeeding, speech therapy, physical activity, relaxing massage for babies, first aid, gynecology, psychology and nutrition.

After the birth of the babies, the moms receive a visit from the company and get a gift of a personalized maternity bag with a kit of products for the first care with the newborn.
