Greenbrier Maxion and AmstedMaxion’s training and Development area has the objective of developing their collaborators’ potential, providing conditions so they may develop their competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) both in professional as personal areas. This work involves drafting the Annual T&D Planning with the managers of each area, who identify the development requirements of their collaborators.
The companies’ trainee program aims to further develop the trainee for the job market, offering the possibility of overcoming their own limits, within an environment that focuses teamwork and shares the good practices in search of success for the team. The activity areas are: Engineering, Quality, Production, Human resources, Procurement, Environment, IT, Logistics, Sales, Occupation Health, Treasury, Controllership, Marketing, and Legal.
